The "Soft Light Press Machine," a completely new sensation developed with considerations for safety, operability, applicability, workplace environment, and cost, is now available. It can be installed with a power supply of AC 100V and an air source of 5-8 kgf/cm². The drive is underdrive, connected to the upper mold, making it a unique press machine without a ram. It is advantageous for the installation of feeding devices and ancillary equipment, and mold attachment and detachment can be done easily. It uses a sequencer for control, making it ideal for inline operations. It features a mode switch for operation and is operated with two push buttons. Standardizing molds is also easy, making it optimal for JIT and multi-product production.
